Clients are surprised and delighted when you greet them at their destination, that you booked for them, through a personalized amenity presented with a handwritten note expressing your personal message to your client. Every ETE Collection member makes this possible by offering a choice to order one of three amenities so that you can closely match your client’s personal preference. Choose an amenity and write a personalized message to your client on the form below.
Which reservations qualify?
All individual reservations (not booked through the Collection Members’ group department) qualify to receive the amenity. It does not matter how the reservation is booked (GDS, hotel’s website, cruise line, tour operator, wholesaler, etc.*). You may order one complimentary amenity for EVERY separate accommodation and IS IN ADDITION TO any consortia amenity! This amenity is not intended advocate you and not intended for you to disclose to your clients. Our advocacy amenity program is a "best efforts" program.
